TERMS OF USE

1.1. NverCard.am is a digital platform that enables users to purchase, receive, and use digital gift cards.

1.2. The platform operates as a technical intermediary and provides the technical environment for the issuance, management, and use of gift cards.

1.3. The platform is not a seller of goods or services offered by partner organisations.

1.4. The user must use the platform for lawful purposes and comply with these Terms.

2.1. Creating an account is required to access certain functions of the platform.

2.2. The user must provide accurate and complete information.

2.3. The user is responsible for the security of their account.

2.4. The user must not allow third parties to access their account.

2.5. The platform is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of the user's account.

3.1. Gift cards may be used at partner organisations in accordance with the applicable terms.

3.2. Gift cards may be used in full or in part.

3.3. After use of a gift card, any remaining balance is retained until full use or expiry.

3.4. A gift card may only be used while it is valid.

4.1. Purchase of gift cards is made using the payment methods available on the platform.

4.2. All payments are processed in a secure environment.

4.3. The platform does not store the user's payment card details.

5.1. Each gift card has a specified validity period.

5.2. After the validity period has ended, the gift card may no longer be used.

5.3. A gift card may not be exchanged for cash.

6.1. Use of the platform for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

6.2. Attempting to compromise the security of the platform is prohibited.

6.3. Use of the platform for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

7.1. The platform endeavours to ensure uninterrupted operation.

7.2. The platform does not, however, guarantee constant availability.

7.3. The platform may temporarily restrict availability for technical reasons.

8.1. The platform is not liable for goods or services provided by partner organisations.

8.2. The platform is not liable for loss arising from technical failures, to the extent permitted by law.

9.1. The platform may amend these Terms.

9.2. Amendments take effect upon publication.

10.1. The platform may restrict or suspend a user's access in the event of a breach of the Terms.

11.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

11.2. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
